Tina and Bernie, your new hosts, assure you of a warm and friendly welcome at our traditional slate Victorian Guest House.

Situated in a quiet residential street, convenient for town centre, Lake and fell walks.

We provide hearty lake land breakfasts with a choice of menu and cater for Vegetarians. Packed lunches are available on request. We will fill your flask with tea or coffee free of charge, just drop them off at breakfast.

Walking, Cycling or just sight seeing, we aim to provide good standards of accommodation and service to all our guests.

We are totally non-smoking and unfortunately do not accept pets.
