 TERMS OF BOOKING

Cancellations - All reservations require a non-refundable of £20.00.  If you inform us in writing a minimum of 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, and we are able to re-let the room, then no further charge will be made. The following charges apply for late cancellations: 100% of the cost of the stay within 48 hours of the arrival date and 50% within 7 days of the arrival date. Can we please draw your attention to the fact that a confirmed booking, either written OR verbal, constitutes a binding contract. For your own protection and peace of mind, may we recommend that the appropriate insurance is taken out.
We reserve the right to amend the Tariff without prior notice.

Settlement may be made by PO/cheque with guarantee card/credit card/cash. Cheques payable to -The Cartwheel - please allow 3 working days for clearance. Unfortunately due to increased costs we can no longer absorb credit card charges, all credit card transactions will now be subject to a 2% surcharge. Debit cards are not affected.
